RIDEME is a ride-booking app allowing users to request rides from registered drivers. You agree to use the platform responsibly, ensuring accurate and honest information when registering and booking rides.

3. User Responsibilities

• Riders must ensure the accuracy of all trip-related details.
• Drivers must comply with applicable laws and maintain valid licenses and insurance.
• Both riders and drivers are expected to maintain respectful behavior throughout the ride.

4. Payment
All payments for rides are processed through the RIDEME platform. By using our Services, you consent to the payment method and pricing outlined in the app.

5. Cancellation Policy
Both riders and drivers may cancel a booking; however, cancellation fees may apply based on the timing of the cancellation.

6. Limitation of Liability
RIDEME acts as a facilitator between riders and drivers. We do not guarantee the performance, safety, or conduct of drivers or riders. RIDEME is not liable for any damages or incidents arising from the use of our platform.

7. Changes to Terms
RIDEME reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on the website and app, and your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes will be resolved in Nigerian courts.
